General Rules for cancellations

THE CANCELLATION. At any time the client or agency / dealership operator may cancel the services requested and contracted, by request in writing, the right to deposit previously paid under the following conditions:

a) For cancellations with 31 days or more, retention of 10% of the amount paid;

b) For cancellations 30 to 21 days, retention of 20% of the journey;

c) For cancellation of 20 to 08 days, retention of 50% of the journey;

d) To cancel with 07 days or less, (no show), shipment or failure to complete or partial withdrawal of services retention of 100% of the journey;

FEE FOR SERVICE: In case of any withdrawal is also due to a service charge of 5% (five percent), non refundable, the total value of the package purchased, to meet the administrative costs of communication and organization of the package.

MEMBERSHIP. To request the inclusion in any program organized by travel Trip da Areia, the client and / or agency / carrier reseller says know and agree to all terms of these Conditions of Cancellation.
